Samantha Fischer joined Innovative Energy Alliance as an administrative assistant in January 2023.

Fischer has been a part of the electric cooperative family for the past 8 years, previously working at Great River Energy as an office coordinator. This experience will guide her in her position, as she gained knowledge and experience in the cooperative world and trained to always keep the members needs in mind.

In her spare time, Fischer is a mom to three young children. “Most of my time away from work is spent with them and creating memories wherever we can. I love to travel, play volleyball, read and spend time with my family,” said Fischer.
